Cool Ranch Burgers
Ingredients:

Burger Patties:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon Summa Salts Cool Ranch salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black peppercorn

Cool Ranch Burger Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons dried chives
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Summa Salts Cool Ranch salt
- 1-2 tablespoons milk

Additional Ingredients:
- Cool Ranch Doritos (crushed)
- Burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.
Instructions:

Prepare the Cool Ranch Burger Sauce:
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, dried chives, paprika, dried dill, dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and Summa Salts Cool Ranch salt.
- Whisk in the milk until the mixture is smooth and has a thicker consistency for spreading on burger buns.
- Serve immediately, or for best flavor, chill for 2 hours before serving.

Make the Burger Patties:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, Summa Salts Cool Ranch salt, and black peppercorn.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty.

Cook the Patties:
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

- Spread the Cool Ranch Burger Sauce on the burger buns.
- Place the cooked patties on the buns.
- Top each patty with crushed Cool Ranch Doritos.
