Level up burger night with these Cool Ranch Burgers seasoned with Summa Salts Cool Ranch Salt. A creamy ranch-style sauce and a shower of crushed Doritos deliver that crunchy-creamy bite you’ll crave.
Ingredients
Burger Patties
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp Summa Salts Cool Ranch Salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Cool Ranch Burger Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp dried chives
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp Summa Salts Cool Ranch Salt
- 1–2 tbsp milk
Additional
- Cool Ranch Doritos, crushed
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion, pickles
Instructions
- Make the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, paprika, dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and Cool Ranch Salt. Stir in milk until smooth and spreadable. Chill 2 hours for best flavor.
- Form Patties: In a large bowl, gently combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, Cool Ranch Salt, and pepper. Divide into 4 patties; avoid over-mixing.
- Cook: Heat grill or skillet over medium-high. Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side, until desired doneness.
- Assemble: Spread sauce on buns, add patties, top with crushed Doritos and optional toppings. Serve immediately.
Pro Tip: For extra crunch, toast buns lightly and sprinkle a pinch of
Cool Ranch Salt on the cut sides right after toasting.
