This is a one-pan weeknight hero: crispy roasted potatoes, tender green beans, and juicy chicken breast seasoned to absolute perfection with Boujee Chicken salt.

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 lb baby gold potatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp Boujee Chicken seasoning
  • Fresh black pepper (optional)

🔥 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss potatoes with 1/2 tbsp olive oil and 1/2 tsp Boujee Chicken. Roast for 10 minutes.
  3. Season chicken with 1 tsp Boujee Chicken and 1 tbsp olive oil. Add to the sheet pan and roast everything for 20 more minutes.
  4. Steam or sauté green beans for 5–6 minutes until bright green and tender.
  5. Plate and serve! Top with more Boujee Chicken if desired. Optional: add lemon zest or a drizzle of garlic butter for extra flair.
