Grilled Lamb Chops with Greek Herb Salt
Crispy. Juicy. Bold. These chops are seared to perfection and kissed with Greek Herb Salt for an earthy, bright Mediterranean finish.

🛒 Ingredients
- 4–6 lamb chops (bone-in, about 1 inch thick)
- 2 tsp Summa Salts Greek Herb Salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: lemon wedges, rosemary sprigs, or fresh oregano for garnish
🔥 Instructions
- Pat the lamb chops dry with a paper towel to help them sear well.
- Rub all sides with olive oil.
- Grind Greek Herb Salt generously over each chop. Let sit at room temp for 20–30 minutes.
- Heat your grill or cast iron skillet to medium-high heat.
- Sear chops for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if desired.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with herbs or a squeeze of lemon.
