🍽️ Recipe: Roasted Veggies with Mushroom Salt
- Serves: 2–4
- Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 lb assorted vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, sweet potatoes, etc.)
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1–2 tsp Summa Salts Mushroom Salt
- Optional: black pepper, lemon zest, fresh herbs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Chop vegetables into even pieces.
