Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (about 3.5–4 lbs)
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1 tbsp Summa Salts Rosemary Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Place it breast-side up in a roasting dish or cast iron skillet.
- Rub the chicken all over with olive oil or butter.
- Season generously with Summa Salts Rosemary Salt — don’t forget the underside and inside the cavity.
- Roast for 1 hour and 10–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature at the thickest part of the thigh reaches 165°F.
- Let rest 10 minutes before carving. Enjoy!
