Ingredients

  • 2–3 large heirloom tomatoes (mixed colors)
  • 1–2 oz crumbled feta or goat cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves (regular or purple)

  • Extra virgin olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice tomatoes into thick rounds and layer them on a serving plate.
