Spicy Italian Chicken Pasta

🧂 Ingredients:
- 2 boneless chicken thighs (or breasts), cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Spicy Italian Salt
- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh arugula or spinach
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and season with Spicy Italian Salt. Cook until golden, 6–8 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
- Stir in cooked pasta and arugula. Toss until greens are wilted.
- Top with grated Parmesan and serve hot.
