Spicy Italian Chicken Pasta

Bring bold heat and herb-packed flavor to your dinner table.

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless chicken thighs (or breasts), cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Spicy Italian Salt
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh arugula or spinach
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional)

👩🍳 Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and season with Spicy Italian Salt. Cook until golden, 6–8 minutes.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened, about 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in cooked pasta and arugula. Toss until greens are wilted.
  5. Top with grated Parmesan and serve hot.
