Our Lava Salt, Carolina Reapers and Ghost Peppers ground into coarse sea salt, now smoked with cherry wood. We smoke it for hours in our big dual chimney charcoal smoker. It's the only thing we smoke in it, so there's no extra meat smell, just pure cherry wood smoke and a slow-building heat.
