I had my reservations when my husband ordered this salt in our monthly Local Fare bag. I initially used this on my vegetable stir-fry every once in a while, but then I put this on steak and chicken just to try it out and now I am having to order more because I use it so much in my cooking. It gives just the right flavor kick that I need for some dishes. Who would have thought that purple basil and sea salt would do so much in a dish!
