Coffee and chocolate finally stopped fighting over who gets to be on your food. They went halfsies. It works incredibly well.
Mocha Salt is a 1:1 blend of our Coffee Salt and Cocoa Salt: real espresso beans and rich cocoa powder, both folded into coarse kosher sea salt. The result is deeper than either one alone: bittersweet, bold, earthy, and just complex enough to make you think for a second before going back for another bite.
This is a finishing salt. Not a shaker salt. A tiny pinch at the end is all it takes. If you taste straight salt, you used too much.
