Ingredients

  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups broth or water
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1–2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Vampire Killer Salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
  • Lemon wedge, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add garlic slices and cook until golden and crisp, about 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
