Ingredients
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups broth or water
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1–2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp Vampire Killer Salt
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
- Lemon wedge, for serving
Instructions
- In a small skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add garlic slices and cook until golden and crisp, about 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine rice and broth. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to low. Simmer 15–18 minutes until fluffy.
